OFAC explained

Export your shift schedule.
Or save it as a PDF.

An export sends selected information to other apps. A backup preserves your complete OFAC data for recovery.

Choose the right format

ICS
For calendar apps. Check afterwards which details the receiving app has imported.
CSV
For working with the exported data in a spreadsheet.
JSON
For structured processing in other software.

These files are not encrypted. Choose the storage location and recipient carefully.

Export data

  1. Open Import & Export.
  2. Choose the entire calendar, the current year or a custom date range.
  3. Check the format and options such as colours, reminders and rest days.
  4. Start the export and choose a suitable location for the file.

Exported pay settings are not a completed payslip.

Save as a PDF or print

Open Print from the side menu or from the print option in your working-time history. Choose either a calendar overview or the hours actually worked, then select the required period. OFAC passes the output to Android's print service.

Depending on the print service installed on your device, you can select a printer or Save as PDF. PDF files and printed copies are not protected by your backup password.

Changing devices: use a backup, not an export

ICS, CSV, JSON and PDF files are not complete OFAC backups. To restore all your app data, use Backup & restore. Keep an additional encrypted backup outside the app and store its password safely.
